1. When is GYM24 open?

GYM24 is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is open 24 hours a day during public holidays and severe weather warnings. Please pay attention to the official announcement.

2. Will GYM24 provide towels?

For the time being, we only provide towels for students with personal trainers. If you need a shower, please bring your own towels. We will provide you with shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.

3. Will GYM24 provide lockers?

We will provide lockers for you to store your valuables.

4. Will there be a personal trainer in the clubhouse to help me achieve my fitness goals?

We provide members with private training classes (additional fees are required). Professional personal fitness trainers will conduct personal fitness assessments for you, and then design and guide correct fitness concepts and actions based on your physical fitness, physical condition and goals to help you Achieve the most ideal fitness effect. Personal trainers only provide services during manned hours.

5. Regarding safety issues, is it safe to conduct training in the club at night?

Our clubhouse has installed a closed-circuit television system (CCTV), face recognition and access control trailing detection security system, which is monitored 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of members. Our club manager will check these CCTV system videos every day to ensure that non-members cannot enter the club. If a member is found to violate the regulations, we have the right to terminate the membership immediately or the member may be fined. In addition, an emergency safety board is installed in the clubhouse and safety guidelines are provided for members to use for emergency rescue to ensure the safety of members.

6. I am a GYM24 member, can I bring my friends inside?
