Kick Boxing

Muay Thai had become the hottest fitness and martial art trend internationally, which attracted a number of celebrities using this sport to keep fit. Enhancing the cardiopulmonary function: within a 60 mins session practice, Muay Thai uses every muscle in your body. Other than having a large volume of high intensity circuit training, Muay Thai also requires full body movement to attack including but not limited to your fists, elbows, knees and legs. The range of attack varies from short, medium and long. With different speed, strength and interval training, Muay Thai incorporates a variety of cardio exercises which improves your cardiovascular endurance more effectively. 

Core x Burn Fat

Toning the core and burning fat are the goals in this class. Different dynamic training that focuses on your abs, glutes, back and obliques will be included. The explosive movements burn fat and build lean muscle.

Stretching Therapy Training

Office workers do not have enough activities while sitting in the office, and have long-term use of computers and mobile phones to cause poor posture. The stretching instructor uses safe and effective stretching methods to relax the spine muscles to relax the pressure on the shoulder, neck and lower back muscles. It also helps to promote blood circulation and restore joint activities. Amplitude and improvement of bad body posture can reduce the chance of injury during running or sports, and even improve your sports performance.
